customers need to request for exchange within 7 days after receiving the foundation, late request will not be accepted.
we only accept an exchange of same foundation i.e. we do not accept the exchange of unlimited foundation to unlimited foundation glow, or vice versa.
for the seek of environmental friendly, we encourage customers to test the shade by using the trial size first.
when you receive the exchanged product, please ensure that the exchanged product is in good condition. Any exchanged product will not be accepted for further return and exchange.
we will arrange SF Express to pick up the original product within 7 working days (excluding holidays) at your designated location. After the original product is received, it will be replaced with a new product in another 7 working days to your designated location. . Shipping is included, and each order is limited to one exchange only.
